User manual

1. Whisk the whisk in warm water for 1 to 2 minutes until the bristles become flexible.
2. Add 1 to 2 grams of matcha to your bowl.
3. Add 60 to 80 ml of water at about 80 degrees.
4. Whisk with quick, light wrist movements in an M or W shape.
5. After about 30 seconds, a fine layer of microfoam will form.
6. Enjoy your perfectly prepared matcha.
