Instructions for use

Preparation as tea:
Heat 200 ml of water to approximately 80°C.
Add 1 teaspoon (about 2 grams) of BBODY Blue Matcha and stir with a matcha whisk until frothy.

Use in protein shakes:
Add a teaspoon of Blue Matcha to your BBODY protein shake and mix well for a tasty, refreshing twist.

Serving suggestions:
Enjoy Blue Matcha warm or as iced tea. Add honey or lemon to taste for extra flavor.
