Morning mind glowing juice, large glass of water with 2 scoops of Time Traveler, electrolytes, and collagen.
Breakfast:

What you need
• 1 scoop vanilla protein
• 1 tablespoon sea moss gel
• 1 scoop collagen
• 1 handful frozen strawberries
• ½ frozen banana
• 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt
• 1 small date
• ¼ avocado
• 150 ml almond or coconut milk
• 1 tablespoon coconut cream
Blend everything until creamy.
For the glaze
Mix 4 to 5 strawberries with a small splash of water and pour along the inside of your glass before adding the shake.
SHORT WORKOUT: 20 Squats, 10 push-ups.
Afternoon: hormone balance, matcha with warm coconut milk.
Lunch:
🥑 Salmon Avocado Glow Bowl
What you need
• Handful of arugula or spinach
• ½ avocado
• 1 piece of grilled salmon
• Diced cucumber
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice
• Pinch of sea salt
How to make it
Place the arugula in a bowl.
Cut avocado and cucumber and add them.
Place the warm or cold salmon on top.
Finish with pumpkin seeds, olive oil, and lemon.
Workout: walk outside
Evening
