Add 2-3 grams (about a teaspoon) of matcha powder to a bowl. Pour 70-80 ml of warm water (not boiling) over it and whisk with a matcha whisk in an 'M' shaped motion until a frothy layer forms. Enjoy your matcha warm or as part of a latte.

For a matcha latte, heat and froth 150 to 200 ml of milk or plant-based milk with a milk frother and pour it into the matcha. Stir gently and enjoy warm.

For a cold version, add the matcha powder to cold water or milk, whisk well or use a shaker, and serve with ice for the perfect iced matcha.
