Delivery & Returns

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands within 1 to 2 working days. For the rest of Europe, a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days applies.

Are there shipping costs?

For deliveries within Belgium and the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €4.95 and free for orders over €100.

Can I return my order?

You can return your order within 14 days. Please note: you can only return unopened packages. You can request your return via the following link

If you wish to return an opened package, you must first contact our customer service at info@bbody.eu

Can I return my ordered juices?

It is not possible to return the juices. Our fresh juices can spoil in the presence of heat or direct exposure to sunlight. Since we cannot control whether the juices have been mishandled after delivery, they can no longer be marketed. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal possible regarding fresh juices.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account. However, creating an account can offer benefits, such as saving your order history and speeding up the checkout process for future purchases.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking on the 'forgot password' link. After you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to create a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
