Delivery & Returns

What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders are delivered in Belgium and the Netherlands within 1 to 2 business days. For the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Are there shipping costs?

For deliveries within Belgium and the Netherlands, shipping costs are €4.95 and free for orders over €100.

Can I return my order?

It is possible to return your order within 14 days. Please note: you can only return unopened packages. You can request your return via the following link

If you wish to return an already opened package, you must first contact our customer service via info@bbody.eu

Can I return my ordered juices?

It is not possible to return the juices. Our fresh juices can spoil in the presence of heat or direct exposure to the sun. Since we cannot check whether the juices have been treated incorrectly after delivery, they can no longer be marketed. For this reason, there is no right of withdrawal possible with regard to fresh juices.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account. However, creating an account can have benefits, such as saving your order history and speeding up the checkout process for future purchases.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking on the 'forgot password' link. After clicking on the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to create a new password that is safe and easy to remember.
