Jill's daily routine

Jill Cnudde's daily supplement routine: energy, hormonal balance, and longevity

Many clients ask me which supplements I take myself and how I combine them throughout the day. That's why I'm sharing my personal routine here.

I don't take everything at once and I don't choose as many supplements as possible. For me, it's about targeted combinations that enhance each other and support my body preventively. I tailor my intake to what I find important: energy, hormonal balance, and cell health.

In the meantime, many clients use my approach as inspiration to build their own routine. Below you will discover how I combine my supplements.

Is this also the right routine for you?

Jill's daily supplement routine is built from her personal needs and life stage. But every body is different. What works for one may require a different combination for someone else.

Perhaps your focus is more on hormonal balance, stable energy throughout the day, or support for cellular health. The most important thing is to choose a routine that aligns with your rhythm, goals, and lifestyle, and to consciously combine supplements instead of just taking everything at once!

Do you want to discover which combination suits you best?

Jill’s routine is not a fixed formula that everyone must follow. It is an example of how you can smartly combine supplements without overdoing it.

Maybe you want more energy without coffee. Maybe you want to support your hormones during busy phases. Or maybe you just want to invest in your health before your body gives signals.

Whatever your goal is: work with formulas that are developed to function together, not to work against each other.

Frequently asked questions about when to take supplements

Do BBODY supplements help with cravings or energy dips?

Blood Sugar Balance contains, among other things, chromium, which helps keep blood sugar levels normal. This can contribute to more stable energy and fewer fluctuations.

When is the best time to take supplements?

It depends on the type of supplement. Energy-supporting supplements such as NADH or NMN are often taken in the morning, while fat-soluble vitamins are better taken with a meal. The most important thing is consistency: a regular daily ritual increases absorption and effectiveness.

Can I combine multiple BBODY supplements?

That depends on the type of supplement and your routine. Our formulas are designed to complement each other. Recommended combinations are:

How long should I use a supplement to notice an effect?

Balance requires consistency. Most formulas are taken daily.
For hormonal balance or cell renewal, we recommend a usage of at least 4 weeks.

What is the difference between NMN Booster and NADH?
  • NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) supports the production of NAD+ in the body, a molecule involved in energy production and cell health.
  • NADH is the active form of NAD and directly contributes to cellular energy and mental focus.

Many people combine both for broader support of energy and vitality.

Which supplements help with hormonal balance?

Supplements with vitamin B6 contribute to the regulation of hormonal activity. Adaptogenic plants such as maca or shatavari are often used to support hormonal fluctuations, especially during stress or menopause.

Where are BBODY supplements produced?

Our supplements are developed and produced in the Netherlands under the supervision of a pharmacist and R&D team, according to HACCP and IFS standards. Ingredients are traceable, 100% natural, and batch tested.

How do you keep your blood sugar stable with supplements?

A stable blood sugar level helps to limit energy dips and cravings.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. Therefore, it is often combined with plant extracts such as banaba, which have been linked in research to supporting the glucose response.

A targeted formula can help as a supplement to a balanced diet and lifestyle.

Our Blood Sugar Balance combines chromium with banaba extract for stable energy throughout the day.
